If you can't attend the surgery you can still speak to a GP about your concern and get help before an appointment.
Improvement!
If you could get to see a GP without a long wait (sometimes a two-week wait)

I came in a few weeks before Christmas it was my first visit. Dr. Seow was lovely and referred to the cancer clinic. Ten weeks later I wanted to say how much I appreciated all the care/telephone calls I have received.

Lovely staff. Helpful even when extremely busy. Please put coat pegs in toilets! (when doing swabs and got coats bag etc nowhere to leave them.)

The helpfulness from the staff in calling your back and trying to fit your in for appointments very friendly. Improvements.
Maybe to text if your doctor is running more than half an hour late so you don't have to rush.
